這段非?；鸬难葜v《We are all flghters》，讓我們再一次深刻的感受到了語言的力量和演講的力量。

來自深圳的美女學(xué)霸劉潔說，她希望通過自己的努力，為所有正在經(jīng)歷這場疫情的同胞傳遞信心和希望，讓世界聽到中國不屈的斗志和必勝的決心。

劉潔在她的公眾號也分享了這篇演講的中英文文字版。我每次看到好的演講，除了收獲的能量和滿滿的感動之外，總想從里面學(xué)習(xí)點什么，好讓自己的演講也能更上一層樓。

所以今天我也試著拆解劉潔的演講，看看抽絲剝繭之后，我們可以學(xué)會什么。

Part 1

We are facing a dark time right now我們正面臨著黑暗時刻
Some of us are stuck at home 我們中有些人不得不禁足在家
Some are stuck far away from home有些人不得不滯留他鄉(xiāng)
Some of us have lost their jobs我們中有人失去了工作
Some have to shut down their businesses有人關(guān)停了賴以為生的生意
Some of us are cutting down the expenses 我們中有人不得不縮減開支
Some can’t even pay their rent and bills 有人甚至支付不起房租和賬單
Some can’t go back to school我們中有人無法回到學(xué)校
Some can’t get back to their jobs有人無法回到工作崗位
And some of us are still working day and night我們中有人必須日夜堅守
no matter how exhausted they are 無論多么疲憊
Or how dangerous it is.抑或多么危險
Some of us have become infected. 我們中有人被感染
They were isolated from their families, their loved ones他們不得不離開家人和所愛之人
and have to be alone in the wards獨自在病房面對恐懼
Or even worse, it is their children, parents, or loved ones that are infected 甚至更遭的是，被感染的是他們的孩子、父母或者愛人
and they don’t even have a chance to say goodbye 他們甚至來不及當(dāng)面道別

我們能從Part1當(dāng)中學(xué)到什么？

這段話沒有什么華麗的語言，但每一個人都會對這段話產(chǎn)生共鳴，因為我們都出現(xiàn)在了這里?！坝械娜?..有的人...”這個長長的排比，把這次疫情下的所有人都囊括了進(jìn)來。

我想稱這個方法為：看見每一個人。

奧巴馬也曾經(jīng)使用過這個方法。在奧巴馬競選獲勝演講《Yes，we can》中，有這么一段內(nèi)容：

It's the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled — Americans who sent a message to the world that we have never been a collection of red states and blue states; we are, and always will be, the United States of America.無論年齡，無論貧富，無論民主黨人或共和黨人，無論黑人、白人，無論拉美裔、亞裔、印地安人, 無論同性戀、異性戀，無論殘障人、健全人，所有的人，他們向全世界喊出了同一個聲音：我們并不隸屬 “紅州”與 “藍(lán)州”的對立陣營，我們屬于美利堅合眾國，現(xiàn)在如此，永遠(yuǎn)如此！

你會發(fā)現(xiàn)，在奧巴馬的這段表述中，他可以直接簡單的說，“我們所有人”，但他沒有，他盡量羅列了各種的人，想要試圖點到所有的人，試圖通過這樣“看見每一個人”的方式，和聽眾建立連接。

這個方法我們可以怎么用？

如果你是一個企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人或者領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，你需要對著所有的員工說話時，你能試著用這樣“看見每一個人”的方式具體的說出來嗎？

比如，我知道這段時間我們正處在生死邊緣，我看到你們有的做了...，有的...，有的...有的...；你不是一個人在擔(dān)憂

比如，我們今天取得的成績是所有人的功勞，我知道XX部門為了...做了...，我知道XX部門為了...做了...，我知道部門為了...做了...

相信這樣的表述會比籠統(tǒng)的概括來的更有力量，更能打動人心。

Part 2

The virus is rampaging病毒在大行肆虐
The numbers are increasing 感染人數(shù)在不斷增加
The rumors are spreading謠言四起
The fear is growing恐懼彌漫
It seems that all of a sudden 似乎整個國家都在一瞬間
the whole country lost its vitality and prosperity. 失去了往日的活力和繁華
You are not the only one who is worrying,你不是一個人在擔(dān)憂
you are not the only one who is fearing,你不是一個人在恐懼
You are not the only one who is struggling你不是一個人在苦苦支撐
We are all facing a dark time right now,我們都在面臨一個黑暗時刻
Our country is facing a dark time right now.我們整個國家都在面臨一個黑暗時刻
This is a war! 這是一場戰(zhàn)爭！
It’s a war without guns, bombs, or smoke這是一場沒有槍、沒有炮、沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)爭
But it’s a war with virus, doubts, fears, rumors, and discriminations. 但這是一場與病毒、懷疑、恐懼、謠言和歧視的戰(zhàn)爭
But we shall all be fighters, my dear fellows!但我們都是戰(zhàn)士！我親愛的同胞們，
Not just the doctors, the nurses, the policemen and the scientists who should fight不僅僅只是醫(yī)生、護(hù)士、警察和科學(xué)家在戰(zhàn)斗
All of us should be the fighters in this war我們都應(yīng)該成為這場戰(zhàn)爭中的戰(zhàn)士
We shall fight against fear我們應(yīng)該和恐懼斗爭
We shall fight against uncertainty我們應(yīng)該和未知斗爭
We shall fight against doubts我們應(yīng)該和懷疑斗爭
We shall fight against selfishness我們應(yīng)該和自私斗爭
We shall fight against rumors我們應(yīng)該和謠言斗爭

This is going to be a fierce and cruel war這將會是一場激烈的嚴(yán)酷的戰(zhàn)爭
But don’t be afraid, 但是不用害怕
We’re going to win this war together in the end!我們終將取得這場戰(zhàn)爭的勝利

我們能從Part2當(dāng)中學(xué)到什么？

當(dāng)你想要強(qiáng)調(diào)一個東西一件事情的時候，使用【重復(fù)】的技巧。

在這里作者完全可以說：你不是一個人在擔(dān)憂、恐懼和苦苦支撐。但她選擇重復(fù)三次“你不是一個人”

同樣后面也對It's a war重復(fù)了三遍。

甚至we shall fight against...重復(fù)了6次。

重復(fù)，直至深入人心。

Part 3

Our people may get sick, 我們的人民可能生病
our city may get sick,我們的城市可能生病
but we as a brave nation, will never ever get sick但我們作為一個勇敢的民族，絕不會被病魔打倒
Because we have the history, spirit and determination to win.因為我們擁有必勝的歷史、精神和決心！
We’ve been on this planet for over 5000 years.我們在地球上已經(jīng)延續(xù)了5000年
We’ve witnessed much darker moments我們見證過更加黑暗的時刻
We’ve been though much crueler trials我們經(jīng)歷過更加殘酷的考驗
No matter it’s the war, invasion, starvation, poverty or natural disasters無論是戰(zhàn)爭、侵略、饑餓、貧窮還是自然災(zāi)害
We’ve always survived and 我們總是幸存下來
We’ve always stood back up on our feet我們總是能重新站立起來
We’ve always won in the end. 我們總是贏的最后的勝利
And we will definitely win this time. 所以這一次我們也將取得最終的勝利
We don’t know how long this will take, 我們不知道這場戰(zhàn)爭將持續(xù)多久
Or what cost we have to pay又或者我們將付出什么代價
But there’s one thing we are 100% sure但有一件事我們100%的確定
That is: we are going to win this war in the end! 那就是我們終將贏得這場戰(zhàn)爭的勝利
Because that’s what we’ve been doing for the past 5000 years.因為在我們過去5000年的歷史中，我們就是這樣做的
And that’s what makes us the greatest nation ever而正因如此成就了我們這個世上最偉大的民族
It is only by going through dark times that we can separate the greatest from the great.只有經(jīng)歷黑暗時刻才能區(qū)分偉大和平庸
In each dark time,在每一個黑暗時刻
We’ve always fought together 我們總是共同抗?fàn)?br> No matter how strong our enemy was無論我們的敵人有多么強(qiáng)大

When all of this is over, 當(dāng)所有這一切結(jié)束后，
we’ll have another great and heroic story 我們又有了一個偉大的英雄的故事
to tell our children, our grandchildren 可以講給我們的子孫聽
and they will tell the next generations. 而他們也將把這個故事告訴給他們的下一代
That’s how we’ll pass this great spirit on, 我們會將傳遞這份偉大的精神代代相傳
and keep it alive forever!永存不朽!

我們能從Part3當(dāng)中學(xué)到什么？

我們在這一部分可以學(xué)到的是：使用“我們”

我們再來看看奧巴馬的競選演講《Yes，we can》

This is our chance to answer that call. This is our moment. This is our time — to put our people back to work and open doors of opportunity for our kids; to restore prosperity and promote the cause of peace; to reclaim the American Dream and reaffirm that fundamental truth that out of many, we are one; that while we breathe, we hope, and where we are met with cynicism, and doubt, and those who tell us that we can't, we will respond with that timeless creed that sums up the spirit of a people: Yes, we can.現(xiàn)在，我們獲得了回答這個問題的機(jī)會。這是我們的時刻，我們的時代。讓我們的人民重新就業(yè)，為我們的孩子打開機(jī)會的大門；恢復(fù)繁榮，促進(jìn)和平；讓美國夢重放光芒，再證這一根本性真理，那就是：團(tuán)結(jié)一致，眾志成城；一息尚存，希望就在；倘若有人嘲諷和懷疑，說我們不能，我們就以這一永恒信條回應(yīng)，因為它凝聚了整個民族的精神——是的，我們能！

當(dāng)使用“我們”的時候，更容易將聽眾帶入我們的演講。

但其實，這篇演講之所以火，不僅僅是因為這些文字，不僅僅是因為這些技巧，更重要的是劉潔的朗讀，她的語音語調(diào)隨著文字和情感起伏，配合BGM（背景音樂），涌入我們的心里。
