【寫(xiě)給組長(zhǎng)】
我們所有人在一起用一年的時(shí)間打造這個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)共同體，而組長(zhǎng)在這其中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
大家在一年的課程中，每人都會(huì)輪至少做一次組長(zhǎng)；在輪到自己做組長(zhǎng)時(shí)，一方面可以體會(huì)到當(dāng)時(shí)別人做組長(zhǎng)的不易，而另一方面可以利用這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)好好鍛煉一下自己的組織能力以及和別人協(xié)同完成任務(wù)的能力。
組長(zhǎng)們除了完成基本的作業(yè)匯總之外，至少要做到：
督促自己的組員完成點(diǎn)評(píng)作業(yè)；
檢查一下自己組員的基本作業(yè)完成情況：是否都完成了，是否在copy上一周的日志等等；
而所有口頭作業(yè)以及補(bǔ)充作業(yè)都是大家充分發(fā)揮自己能力的時(shí)候。
你有1個(gè)月的時(shí)間，充分嘗試自己的各種能力，這是一個(gè)安全的試錯(cuò)的機(jī)會(huì)。
你的態(tài)度是不得不完成基本任務(wù)，還是主觀鍛煉自己的表達(dá)，溝通，協(xié)調(diào)，組織能力？
你是一邊抱怨一邊抗下所有事情，還是想辦法激勵(lì)組員一起做事情？
你是一次又一次催交作業(yè)催評(píng)論后就順其自然了，還是再嘗試一些方法呢？

人生不就是一件又一件小事組成的，而這每一個(gè)瞬間，每一次經(jīng)驗(yàn)累積起來(lái)就變成你自己給自己打造的人生路？
