2019年初,開(kāi)始陸續(xù)有開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)收到了從未收到過(guò)的APP被拒通知,大概意思是你的APP可能違反了幾項(xiàng)政策,需要對(duì)賬號(hào)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,調(diào)查期間不會(huì)審核提交的應(yīng)用。郵件內(nèi)容如下:
Hello,
We are unable to continue this app’s review because your Apple Developer Program account is currently under investigation for not following the App Store Review Guidelines’ Developer Code of Conduct.
Common practices that may lead to an investigation include, but are not limited to:
- Inaccurately describing an app or service
- Misleading app content
- Engaging in inauthentic ratings and reviews manipulation
- Providing misleading customer support responses
- Providing misleading responses in Resolution Center
- Engaging in misleading purchasing or bait-and-switch schemes
- Engaging in other dishonest or fraudulent activity within or outside of the app
During our investigation, we will not review any apps you submit. Once we have completed our investigation, we will notify you via Resolution Center.

2020年4月10日 13:18正在等待審核(第一次提交)2020年4月10日 21:36正在審核2020年4月15日 21:57被拒絕(審核了5天后,收到了賬號(hào)調(diào)查的郵件)200年4月15日 22:23解決中心中簡(jiǎn)單回復(fù)了一下,說(shuō)我們應(yīng)用嚴(yán)格遵守開(kāi)發(fā)人員的審核指南行為準(zhǔn)則,希望盡快完成審查。(沒(méi)有得到回應(yīng))2020年4月16日 12:00在與應(yīng)用審核小組聯(lián)系的網(wǎng)站中提交了上訴。選擇對(duì)應(yīng)用拒絕或應(yīng)用刪除提出上訴(當(dāng)時(shí)懷疑是因?yàn)榇a中有判斷是否第一天安裝,會(huì)執(zhí)行額外的操作。但只是為了優(yōu)化體驗(yàn)。所以在描述中說(shuō)明了這個(gè)問(wèn)題)2020年4月17日 22:16收到郵件回復(fù),就是正常的官方回答,說(shuō)賬號(hào)正在調(diào)查中,你沒(méi)有任何措施反對(duì)它.....2020年4月21日 02:21解決中心回復(fù)消息審查完成,可以重新提交應(yīng)用2020年4月21日 06:17正在等待審核(第二次提交)2020年4月21日 23:24正在審核2020年4月22日 12:39元數(shù)據(jù)被拒絕(被拒的大概意思是找不到內(nèi)購(gòu)的入口,讓回復(fù)一下具體操作,直接回復(fù)如何操作內(nèi)購(gòu))2020年4月22日 22:21正在審核2020年4月22日 22:26可供銷(xiāo)售(終于過(guò)審,歷時(shí)12天)
被審查時(shí)應(yīng)該怎么做?
如果確認(rèn)自己的賬號(hào)和代碼沒(méi)什么問(wèn)題,可以考慮下代碼中是否有什么邏輯可能引起機(jī)審的誤會(huì),然后申訴中描述下自己的代碼邏輯。然后等待結(jié)果就可以。如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沒(méi)收到反饋,可以試著重新提交審核。
