跟讀心得日記：

1、This machine is used to shape the clay into an object with circular walls or sides, such as a ball.(C20 Test1 Part2第38句)

This allows anything you've made to set permanently in shape.(C20 Test1 Part2第31句)

在這兩句話(huà)中，都用到了shape一詞，但是一個(gè)是動(dòng)詞，表示塑造，塑形的動(dòng)作，另一個(gè)是名詞，是其基本的意義，也就是形狀。

其實(shí)shape這個(gè)詞不僅可以用在陶藝等手工藝中表示塑形，還可以用在人身上甚至更廣泛的意義上，表示改變，影響，或者形成什么東西，比如shape the future of the world.

另外shape還有一個(gè)固定搭配，in good shape, 表示身體健康。比如you are in good shape.相反，如果說(shuō)you are out of shape. 則說(shuō)明你的身體不好。
