德雷塞爾大學(xué)一項新研究發(fā)現(xiàn),無論是藝術(shù)家梵高,還是簡筆畫者,藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作都可以顯著減少他們體內(nèi)與壓力相關(guān)的激素水平。
創(chuàng)造性藝術(shù)療法助理教授古里賈·卡曼:“這并不奇怪,因為這就是藝術(shù)療法的核心理念:每個人都是充滿創(chuàng)造力的,當(dāng)在支持性的環(huán)境中,都可以在視覺藝術(shù)中表達自己。即便如此,我確實認為也許那些有過創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗的收效會更好?!?/p>
這項研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在《藝術(shù)療法》雜志上,標(biāo)題為“藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作后參與者皮質(zhì)醇水平的減少與反饋?!薄吧飿?biāo)記(指標(biāo))”是生物學(xué)指標(biāo)(如激素),可以用來測量身體的狀況,如壓力。皮質(zhì)醇就是一種這樣的激素。皮質(zhì)醇水平越高,承受的壓力也就越大。
