今天發(fā)現(xiàn)在下載文件時(shí)候，使用打開新窗口或者當(dāng)前頁面跳轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，有些瀏覽器會攔截彈窗；
兼容大部分瀏覽器 下載文件時(shí)彈出瀏覽器的保存窗口
