產(chǎn)品定位:根據(jù)成本以及市場需求對相應的女裝定價以及定量銷售。
進貨渠道:由于是資金不夠,會去向剛起步的批發(fā)商進貨,穩(wěn)住老顧客吸引新顧客,等到資金和銷售量上來后就去廠家進貨。淘寶級別都上來后,想親自去海外代購。
SKU:根據(jù)幾年的銷售量來對每款樣式的衣服,以及消費者偏愛的顏色進行判斷有多少種SKU.
