布萊恩的姐姐霍尼要去野營(yíng)了，布萊恩為什么不能跟著一起去呢？他最后又發(fā)現(xiàn)了什么更有趣的事情呢？
Bryan’s big sister, Honey, was going camping. Honey packed her pajamas. She packed her flashlight. She packed marshmallows for toasting.
“It’s going to be so much fun!” she said.
布萊恩的大姐姐霍尼要去野營(yíng)?；裟釒狭怂乃?，裝上手電筒。她還帶上了準(zhǔn)備烘烤的棉花糖。
“那會(huì)很有趣的！”她說(shuō)。
“I want to come, too,” said Bryan.
“I’m sorry, Bryan,” said Honey. “You are not old enough to go to camp.”
Honey left. Bryan sat on the porch and felt sorry for himself. Then he got an idea.
“我也想去，”布萊恩說(shuō)。
“不好意思，布萊恩，”霍尼說(shuō)?！澳氵€沒(méi)有到露營(yíng)的年齡?！?/p>
霍尼走了。布萊恩坐在門(mén)廊上，為自己不能去感到難過(guò)。然后他有了一個(gè)主意。
He asked his mother to call Grandma. He packed his favorite fuzzy blanket. He packed his own little flashlight. He packed some cookies.
他叫他媽媽給奶奶打電話。他帶上了他最喜歡的毛毯，裝了他自己的一個(gè)小手電筒。他還裝了一些餅干。
“It’s going to be so much fun!” said Bryan. “I’m going camping at Grandma’s!”
