My Discussion

In my opinion, I am not afraid change but I cannot, I always think that is because of? some practical situations. In fact, I might be just stuck in my memories of the past or I am not adapting to the present. We have so much choice everyday but we do not realized? that. The book helped with controlling feelings of fear in regards to change. I have more confidence in myself and don't see failure as something bad anymore.

I do not know my change -good or bad-, I just move on. That's Life.

我一直都想改變但是總覺(jué)得因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)原因?qū)е伦约簾o(wú)法改變。思考之后,我認(rèn)為是我過(guò)于執(zhí)著過(guò)去的回憶導(dǎo)致不可以活在當(dāng)下。人生總是有很多的選擇,但是我們往往會(huì)忽視這些選擇。這本書有幫助我重新正面看待這個(gè)問(wèn)題。我做出了選擇,不知道結(jié)果是好是壞,但是我決定向前走,這就是生活。
