昨天和YJ小伙伴一起逛街聊天。
她講到了自己從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)部門(mén)到現(xiàn)在的辦公室負(fù)責(zé)檔案管理。因?yàn)樵寺毼坏娜送诵萘?,正好有個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。
沒(méi)想到剛上任,就接了一個(gè)爛攤子要收拾。
因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在檔案管理要數(shù)字化,需要對(duì)原始紙質(zhì)版的進(jìn)行掃描,然后其他一些需要網(wǎng)上記錄。但由于其他部門(mén)一直拖著不干,原位置的老人也是因?yàn)橐诵萘艘恢蓖现桓?。倚老賣(mài)老。
本以為到了一個(gè)輕松的崗位,誰(shuí)知道,剛開(kāi)始一點(diǎn)也不輕松。
其他部門(mén)不干活,反倒項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收的時(shí)候有一項(xiàng)是檔案整理完畢的簽字,非得逼著她先給簽字。由于主任給她說(shuō)過(guò),不整理完不可以簽字。他硬生生的被一個(gè)部門(mén)給逼哭了,那些人才罷休了。
剛開(kāi)始,硬軟兼施,把她叫去開(kāi)會(huì),一個(gè)部門(mén)的人就開(kāi)始說(shuō)各種困難,沒(méi)法完成。最后都指向想讓她一個(gè)人來(lái)搞定。剛開(kāi)始還說(shuō)沒(méi)這個(gè)沒(méi)那個(gè)的,說(shuō)到后來(lái)就變成,你要幫我們弄,設(shè)備都給你送過(guò)去。最后還是沒(méi)達(dá)到目的,就變成人身攻擊了,說(shuō)她沒(méi)本事,沒(méi)能力,這個(gè)活都干不好啥之類(lèi)的。小伙伴說(shuō)她最后眼淚刷啦啦就往下流,止不住的那種。人家那么多人七嘴八舌,她也不懂就跑去參加人家會(huì)議,沒(méi)想到被擺了一出。這一哭,這些人才勉勉強(qiáng)強(qiáng)罷休了。下午乖乖的去聽(tīng)她組織的培訓(xùn)會(huì)。
她主任來(lái)后聽(tīng)了也氣的?;疃疾蛔约焊桑现现?,等著項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收需要他們簽字的時(shí)候了就開(kāi)始軟磨硬泡要給簽字。不給簽,才終于能推動(dòng)他們干活了。之前說(shuō)了n遍,都沒(méi)有管沒(méi)人理睬。也算是逐漸走上了正軌。
倚老賣(mài)老,認(rèn)為不關(guān)系到自己利益的時(shí)候沒(méi)有人愿意做分配給的活,能推則推,或許這就是國(guó)企里所存在的一些惡習(xí)吧。
平時(shí)那么好說(shuō)話(huà)的YJ,也被弄得焦頭爛額。也因?yàn)楹谜f(shuō)話(huà)老被人欺負(fù)。終于現(xiàn)在有了自己的立場(chǎng),算是完成了數(shù)字化的第一步,至少各個(gè)部門(mén)開(kāi)始乖乖干活了。所以你看,老人們就覺(jué)得活接就應(yīng)該年輕人干,不看要求也不按照要求,不到利益關(guān)己也總是高高掛起,腿腿拖拖。辦事效率慢可見(jiàn)一斑。如何生存且不受氣就需要智慧和歷練了。

Questioner:?Yeah and… does your training and your practice and your craft count as sadhana and if yes, is that enough?
提問(wèn)者:是的……你的培訓(xùn)、你的練習(xí)以及你的技能算是靈性練習(xí)嗎,如果是,這就夠了嗎?
Sadhguru:?Does… what count as sadhana?
Sadhguru(薩古魯):什么……算是靈性練習(xí)?
Questioner:?My training, my practice and my craft and?every single show that I do or every single rehearsal or everything that goes into it.

Sadhguru:?Oh, what kind of performing artist?
Sadhguru(薩古魯):噢,哪種演藝人員?
Questioner:?I’m an actor.

Sadhguru:?Okay. So as you said it's an act. See anything that you do with great involvement does something to you, all right. But there is a difference between doing an inward focused sadhana and an outward sadhana. It's not just for an actor; a manager can use his work as sadhana, a gardener can use his work as sadhana, anybody who is doing whatever with absolute involvement, they can use it as a process of growth.
Sadhguru(薩古魯):好的。如你所說(shuō)它是一種表演。任何你很投入地去做的事,都會(huì)對(duì)你產(chǎn)生影響,好吧。但做一個(gè)向內(nèi)關(guān)注的靈性練習(xí)和向外的靈性練習(xí)是有區(qū)別的。這不僅是對(duì)于一個(gè)演員;一個(gè)管理者可以把他的工作當(dāng)成靈性練習(xí),一個(gè)園丁可以把他的工作當(dāng)成靈性練習(xí),任何人,無(wú)論全然投入地做什么,他們都可以使之成為成長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程。
But there is a distinct difference between doing external activity as sadhana and internal process as sadhana. What is the difference? External activity as sadhana is useful because you can do it throughout the day and of course, you have to do some activity making that also into a process of growth is important. But the reason for internal sadhana, which has nothing to do with outside, is to create that inner space within you, because your outside sadhana is subject to results. You can't help it. Suppose in the middle of your act, you forgot your dialogue – you can't say ‘This is my sadhana, I forgot and it's fine, I’ll still enjoy and grow.’ No, you will be demolished on that day, isn't it? So your outside sadhana is subject to a certain level of performance and result and appreciation and the monetary returns and everything but still it can be useful, it can be working for your well-being if you’re doing it with absolute involvement.
但把外部活動(dòng)和把內(nèi)在過(guò)程當(dāng)作靈性練習(xí)之間有顯著的區(qū)別。區(qū)別是什么?把外部活動(dòng)當(dāng)作靈性練習(xí)是很有用的,因?yàn)槟憧梢砸徽熳鍪?,?dāng)然,你必須做點(diǎn)什么來(lái)把它也作為成長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程,這很重要。但之所以做內(nèi)在的靈性練習(xí),它與外在沒(méi)關(guān)系,是為了在你之內(nèi)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)內(nèi)在空間,因?yàn)槟阃庠诘撵`性練習(xí)會(huì)受其結(jié)果影響。這你改變不了。假設(shè)你在表演時(shí),你忘記了臺(tái)詞——你不能說(shuō)“這是我的靈性練習(xí),我忘了詞沒(méi)關(guān)系,我會(huì)依然享受和成長(zhǎng)?!辈?,你的那一天都?xì)Я?,不是嗎?所以你外在的靈性練習(xí)受到一定程度的表現(xiàn)、結(jié)果、評(píng)價(jià)以及金錢(qián)回報(bào)所有這些的影響,但它仍然可以有用,它仍能為你的幸福效勞,如果你全然投入地做。
If there is involvement in anything – just your breathing if you are absolutely involved – this will become your sadhana. Your walking, your acting, your anything, involvement makes every act into a kind of growth, but still creating an inner space is very important because that’s not subject to anything outside. Nobody need to clap their hands when you are meditating. Yes?You do your kriya, you are not expecting somebody to appreciate you at the end of it – it is not subject to any external reality and that’s very important that at least one aspect of your life is like this, it is not subject to anybody’s appreciation or approval or whatever but still you do it with absolute involvement, there’ are other dimensions to it. Apart from that, for you as a person to do something, which has nothing to do with anybody around you, is an important act that you have to perform every day, it's very important. So if you do that well it’ll be very easy to make your life’s activity into a sadhana.
如果投入地做任何事——如果你全然投入,只是你的呼吸——也會(huì)變成你的靈性練習(xí)。你的行走、你的行為,你的任何事,投入讓每個(gè)行動(dòng)成為一種成長(zhǎng),但創(chuàng)造內(nèi)在的空間仍然非常重要,因?yàn)樗皇苋魏瓮庠谑挛镉绊憽.?dāng)你冥想時(shí)不需要任何人鼓掌。是嗎?你做Kriya(克里亞),你并不期待結(jié)束時(shí)有人贊賞你——它不受任何外在現(xiàn)實(shí)的影響,而這非常重要,就是你的生活中至少有一個(gè)面向是這樣的,它不被任何人的贊賞或贊成等等所影響,但你仍然全然投入地去做,它有其它的維度。但此外,你作為一個(gè)人做某件事,它與你周?chē)娜魏稳藷o(wú)關(guān),而是你每天必須進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)重要活動(dòng),這非常重要。所以如果你練習(xí)做得好,將你生活中的活動(dòng)變成靈性練習(xí)就會(huì)非常容易。
If this inner space is not there, life’s activity can slowly catch you up in such a way that for lot of people the professions and whatever else they started with great passion, after some time, it's killing them. It is... for most people on the planet, isn't it? Simply because there is no inner space. So all these in you know I am not an expert in these things but I remember this because of something that came my way once. All this in one single sentence was uttered by Krishna. He said, ‘Yogastaha Kuru Karmani’, it simply means first establish yourself within you, then act. Then no action is a problem – you can fight a war, you can act, you can be a priest in the temple, you can cook, you can sweep, it doesn’t matter what you do, but first establish yourself and do whatever you want.
如果沒(méi)有這個(gè)內(nèi)在空間,生活中的活動(dòng)能慢慢把你逼到——對(duì)于很多人來(lái)說(shuō)職業(yè)或是他們?cè)緫阎薮鬅崆殚_(kāi)始做的任何事,一段時(shí)間后,就成了折磨。是的……對(duì)于地球上大部分人都是,不是嗎?只是因?yàn)闆](méi)有內(nèi)在的空間。所以所有這些,我在這些事情上不是專(zhuān)家,但是我記得這個(gè),是因?yàn)槲以?jīng)歷過(guò)某件事。簡(jiǎn)而言之,用Krishna(克里希那)說(shuō)過(guò)的一句話(huà),就是他說(shuō):“Yogastaha Kuru Karmani”,它的意思就是先在你內(nèi)在建設(shè)好你自己,再行動(dòng)。之后如何行動(dòng)都不是問(wèn)題——你可以打一場(chǎng)仗,你可以表演,你可以在做廟里的祭司,你可以做飯,你可以打掃,你做什么事不重要,但先建設(shè)好你自己,再做任何你想做的事。
He is not restricting your action. He is saying ‘Do whatever you want, whatever is needed you do, but first establish yourself within yourself,’ otherwise you’re using external activity to make yourself who you are, which will be disastrous. Establish who you are; then act, no problem, but if you are using your activity to make yourself into something, if something comes in your way which doesn’t allow you to become that, you will be destroyed. So don’t try to be a yogi by teaching yoga. You become a yogi and then if people are interested, we will teach; otherwise we will close our eyes and sit.
他沒(méi)有限制你的行為。他說(shuō)的是“做任何你想做的事,做任何需要做的事,但先在你內(nèi)在建設(shè)好你自己?!狈駝t你就是在用外在的活動(dòng)去搭建你自己,這將是災(zāi)難性的。建設(shè)好你自己;然后行動(dòng),沒(méi)有問(wèn)題,但如果你在用你的活動(dòng)把自己變成某個(gè)東西,如果有什么擋住了你,不許你變成它,你就被毀了。所以不要試圖通過(guò)教授瑜伽成為瑜伽士。你成為一個(gè)瑜伽士,然后如果人們感興趣,我們就教;否則我們就閉上眼睛,坐著。
【思考】
接地氣:
高傲是一種不屑,只覺(jué)得自己尊貴的錯(cuò)誤的自欺欺人。最終害的還是自己。
覺(jué)得特別有趣的就是,經(jīng)常路上會(huì)看到,年紀(jì)輕輕的小伙子,開(kāi)著拉風(fēng)的電動(dòng)車(chē),穿著片片扇扇的衣服,放著似乎全世界都要聽(tīng)到的歌曲,然后別扭的抽著煙,三五成群的霸占一條路開(kāi)過(guò)去。自己覺(jué)得牛氣的不得了,卻是一種外人看來(lái)毫無(wú)力量的顯擺。以為自己很牛擁有了多么好的設(shè)備來(lái)吸引注意力,其實(shí)卻傻氣的可憐。
長(zhǎng)大了,我們都不再看得慣這樣的人,覺(jué)得也太傻了??蓞s忽略了,另一種形式的展現(xiàn)。比如有一種人,和你聊天,永遠(yuǎn)說(shuō)著專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯,不屑于說(shuō)簡(jiǎn)單的辭藻。認(rèn)為說(shuō)的專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯才能彰顯自己的不同。不屑于聊家長(zhǎng)里短,聊到的都是攝影、話(huà)劇、歌劇、音樂(lè)會(huì),似乎只有他一個(gè)人懂,不懂的人都是沒(méi)有涵養(yǎng)的人,俗不可耐的人。別人也覺(jué)得累,他卻覺(jué)得只有自己才是對(duì)的,別人都太沒(méi)品味了。這其實(shí)就是成年人里的另一種傻氣,高傲的識(shí)別不出自己,卻拿大城市里面僅有的一些享受和能接觸到的東西,認(rèn)為是高大上,卻不知自己的無(wú)知和另一種低俗。
不是說(shuō)攝影不好,也不是說(shuō)聽(tīng)話(huà)劇、歌劇、音樂(lè)會(huì)有什么不好。而是,我們?cè)撜務(wù)摰?,不是一個(gè)名詞,話(huà)劇歌劇音樂(lè)會(huì)。而是其所傳達(dá)出來(lái)的生活以及啟迪。人們都喜歡聽(tīng)故事,一個(gè)故事所傳達(dá)的樂(lè)趣遠(yuǎn)勝過(guò) 我看了一個(gè)話(huà)劇來(lái)的生動(dòng)形象。非得講一些晦澀難懂 話(huà),無(wú)非是沒(méi)有深入進(jìn)去,表達(dá)深入淺出的含義罷了。
城市里的劇場(chǎng)里的內(nèi)容,鄉(xiāng)村卻處處可見(jiàn),活靈活現(xiàn)。生活頁(yè)本就是一個(gè)舞臺(tái),也遠(yuǎn)比電視劇電影更加精彩。忽略了生活本身的高尚,不過(guò)是一種高傲的孤芳自賞,無(wú)非融入生活的表現(xiàn)。
接地氣,是一種入鄉(xiāng)隨俗的智慧。也是去體驗(yàn)不同人不同思想的一種最快捷的方式。接地氣,才更加的熱愛(ài)生活本身。因?yàn)槟愣眠@片地所需要的和你可以汲取到的。
