1、今天早上花了半小時時間復習了一下前面已經(jīng)讀完的part1部分；

2、As many of you here today have worked in the hotel industry for some time, I'm sure you have experienced the problem of high staff turnover in your hotels.（C17 Test4 Part2第1句）

這句話中，主要學到了在business English當中的一個術語，staff turnover，翻譯成中文應該就是員工離職率。

當我們說cover some duites時，一般指得是本職工作以外的職責或工作，所以用cover來形容，當然也可以說bear extra responsibilities. 簡單一點，還可以用take或take on

5、This means they don't have time to think about less immediate problems such as how to improve their service.(C17 Test4 Part2第8句)

不那么緊急的問題，怎么說？。。。你可能想了很多復雜的表達，但其實最簡單，地道的表達就是這句話當中的less immediate problems。
