RFectSP懸浮細(xì)胞siRNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑是在RFectPM原代細(xì)胞siRNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑的基礎(chǔ)上加以改進(jìn)研發(fā)成功的專門用于懸浮細(xì)胞小核酸轉(zhuǎn)染的試劑。RFectSP可用來轉(zhuǎn)染siRNA、antisense RNA、microRNA等200bp以內(nèi)的小分子RNA和DNA。RFectSP使用極其簡(jiǎn)便，先將siRNA與RFectSP室溫混合，再將siRNA-RFectSP混合物直接加入含培養(yǎng)基的細(xì)胞，血清對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)染效果沒有影響，不必刻意添加或更換培養(yǎng)液。有關(guān)RFectSP懸浮細(xì)胞siRNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑的材料合成和試劑配制我們已申請(qǐng)了國際專利，并通過PCT覆蓋國際上多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)

卓越的懸浮細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染性能：懸浮細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染陽性率一般在75%以上，基因敲除效率在80%以上；

極低的細(xì)胞毒性使實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果更為客觀：轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞死亡率不到10%；

低濃度siRNA轉(zhuǎn)染獲得高基因抑制水平；

轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞范圍廣泛，絕大多數(shù)懸浮細(xì)胞都能獲得比較理想的轉(zhuǎn)染結(jié)果。
