Thank you for your kind letter of "Your Paper IJPE 471.13" on November 13, 2013. We revised the manuscript in accordance with the reviewers' comments, and here below is our description on revision according to the reviewers’ comments.

• The reviewer’s comment: The number of pages is 15 which otherwise should be even otherwise we waste one page of the journal leaving it blank which we like to avoid. Please make it 14 pages long by making suitable changes. Your actual contribution of the paper starts at after 10 pages. I suggest that theory part can be condensed.

The authors’ Answer: The theory part has been condensed so that the number of pages is reduced to 14 pages.

• The reviewer’s comment: English be checked carefully. I have marked some words and places with red which need your attention.

The authors’ Answer: We have carefully proofread the manuscript, to minimize typographical, grammatical, and bibliographical errors, And they have been red marked to make your attention.

• The reviewer’s comment: Most important part is that you have wrongly numbered the sections of your paper. If you assign Introduction as section 1 the subsequent sections should be marked as 2.0 etc onwards. Please correct them so that you do not cite wrong sections in the paper. also check for your citation in the paper itself.

The authors’ Answer: Necessary changes of the number have been made in the revised manuscript. as well as in the citation.
