【原文】哀公問曰：“何為則民服？”孔子對曰：“舉直錯諸枉，則民服；舉枉錯諸直，則民不服。”

【英譯文】The Duke Ai asked, saying, "What should be done in order to secure the submission of the people?" The Master replied, "Advance the upright and set aside the crooked, then the people will submit. Advance the crooked and set aside the upright, then the people will not submit."

【白話文】魯哀公問：“怎樣才能使百姓服從呢？”孔子回答說：“把正直無私的人提拔起來，把邪惡不正的人置于一旁，老百姓就會服從了；把邪惡不正的人提拔起來，把正直無私的人置于一旁，老百姓就不會服從統(tǒng)治了?！?/p>

【個人感悟】知人善任是領(lǐng)袖的責(zé)任，但物以類聚、人以群分。領(lǐng)袖的品質(zhì)是團體的基石，因為他有權(quán)利，利用好手里的權(quán)利，營造人盡其用的環(huán)境是領(lǐng)袖最重要的，自身的品德修為也是諸枉民服的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
