I agree that reading makes people intelligent. I have been trying to force myself read. But it doesn't work well. I bought books in the past 12 months and finished reading them. While I don't remember much. Not able to make reading as my habit makes me desperate.

This week I noticed my kindle at my bedside which was bought 7 or 8 months ago. It was bought for reading but I haven't used it for months and now covered by dust. It reminds me of the days reading books written by lixiaolai. I was so hungry for self-growth. Shamed at myself, I cleaned the surface of it and opened amazon.cn to buy ebooks.?

The book I bought is “Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin” which costs me 1RMB. It is the pioneer of autobiography books. It tells things happened in Franlin's life and what he had done. The wisdom of him can be seen in this book and it affected hundreds of millions of American in a good way. He was good at many things. So I wonder what made him what he was. Intelligence, hard work, interest or something else? I want to be great at many things but so far I am great at nothing. The good thing is I want to be good at sales and stock investing and I am working on them. I don't know how far I can go but I am confident I will not be average in the future.

Just like a well-known saying, 'there is no steps for nothing, every step counts.'
