注意，原文中“要實現(xiàn)中國經(jīng)濟長期持續(xù)增長和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變”以及“要加快從傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變”為無主句，使動者為泛指的相關(guān)職能部門和人員群體，翻譯中居然畫蛇添足的加上“the authors”，結(jié)果語意就變成了“作者們要實現(xiàn)中國經(jīng)濟長期持續(xù)增長和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變......作者們要加快從傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變”。作者為研究者，而非執(zhí)行者，這么明顯的錯誤，完全就是貽笑大方。在翻譯時使用被動語態(tài)或者無主結(jié)構(gòu)it is necessary to其實就可以簡單的解決問題了。

這一現(xiàn)象反映了翻譯者和審校者語法體系中無主結(jié)構(gòu)的缺失和嚴謹態(tài)度的匱乏。
