如何在寫作中使用補(bǔ)語從句
寫作中使用補(bǔ)語從句應(yīng)注意如下事項(xiàng)：
? 1.where, why, because, how等引導(dǎo)的從句作that is和this is的補(bǔ)語時(shí)，表示具體的地點(diǎn)、原因、方式等。如：This is why he was late.
? 2. 主語是reason時(shí)，補(bǔ)語從句常用that，不用because。
? ? ? The reason for his absence was that he was ill.
? 3.as, as if, because有時(shí)也可引導(dǎo)補(bǔ)語從句，as if引導(dǎo)的補(bǔ)語從句有時(shí)也可用虛擬語氣，表示可能性小。如：It looks as if it is (or were) going to rain.
? 4.當(dāng)主句的主語是suggestion, proposal, idea, order, plan等詞時(shí)，補(bǔ)語從句的謂語用虛擬語氣。如：His suggestion was that we (should) go shopping together.
補(bǔ)語從句在寫作中可構(gòu)成如下十大常用句型：
1.The first (last) thing(point) to be mentioned (shown, considered) is that…
2.The advantage(disadvantage) of (doing) something is that…
3.The possible reason(cause, element) is that…
