下載iterm2-zmodem腳本

地址: https://github.com/mmastrac/iterm2-zmodem
然后將iterm2-send-zmodem.sh & iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh放到/usr/local/bin/

配置iterm2 Trigger

選擇Profiles > Default > Advanced > Triggers > Edit
