Angiotensin I (1-9)在體內(nèi)被發(fā)現(xiàn),在ACE抑制劑處理過的動(dòng)物體內(nèi)聚集。研究顯示,angiotensin I (1-9)可能是在內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞-關(guān)聯(lián)的ACE2的作用下由心臟和腎臟產(chǎn)生。Kramkowski等人發(fā)現(xiàn)在血小板中從Ang I產(chǎn)生的angiotensin I (1-9)能夠增強(qiáng)老鼠血栓的形成。
