• sunshade
  遮陽(yáng)傘，遮陽(yáng)蓬

• towel
  毛巾，紙巾，抹布
  ? ?a hand/bath towel
  ? ?手巾/浴巾

• spade
  鐵鍬，鏟子，也可以表示撲克牌中的“黑桃”。撲克牌中有四種花色（suit），分別是紅桃（Heart），黑桃（Spade），方塊（Diamond），梅花（Club）。
  ? ?有關(guān)于撲克牌的知識(shí)國(guó)際上有很多不同的說(shuō)法，有一種說(shuō)法我覺(jué)得還挺有意思的：
  撲克牌的四種花色代表四季，每種花色13張，代表每個(gè)季度有13個(gè)星期，一年共52個(gè)星期；
  除了四種花色，還有大王（Red Joker）和小王（Black Joker），用來(lái)平衡平年和閏年（平年=52X7+1=365天，閏年=52X7+2=366天）；
  每種花色中的J代表Jack（騎士），Q代表Queen（王后），K代表King(國(guó)王），A則代表Ace（王牌）。
  ? ?具體的玩法和規(guī)則與各個(gè)國(guó)家的文化相關(guān)，各有差異，這里就不一一贅述啦。

• spotty ball
  spotty本身意思是有斑點(diǎn)的，spotty ball是一種球類，它大概長(zhǎng)這樣：

• paddle
  作名詞表示船槳，作動(dòng)詞可以表示用槳?jiǎng)澊?，或者是玩水，淌水的意思?br> If you paddle, you walk or stand in shallow water, for example at the edge of the sea, for pleasure.
  ? ?Wear sandals when you paddle.
  ? ?玩水的時(shí)候穿上涼鞋。

• water wings
  （兒童學(xué)游泳時(shí)套在胳膊上的）雙翼式浮水袋，大概長(zhǎng)這樣:

  復(fù)習(xí)一下，表示在水中嬉戲，戲水。

• straw hat
  straw可以表示吸管，也可以表示稻草，麥稈等，straw hat就是草帽

• tap
  輕輕地拍打，輕叩，英文解釋為：
  If you tap something, you hit it with a quick light blow or a series of quick light blows.
  拓展一下：tap做名詞可以表示水龍頭，閥門等，美式英語(yǔ)中則多用faucet。

• messy
  凌亂的，邋遢的，骯臟的

• sweet
  作名詞表示糖果（美式英語(yǔ)中多用candy），或者是（飯后的）甜點(diǎn)
  ? ?……a packet of boiled sweets
  ? ?一袋硬糖
  ? ?……a sweet shop
  ? ?一家糖果店

• bonnet
  汽車的引擎蓋，美式英語(yǔ)中多用hood表示

• sponge
  海綿，美國(guó)有一部動(dòng)畫片叫《SpongeBob SquarePants》，國(guó)內(nèi)的少兒頻道也引進(jìn)了，中文名為《海綿寶寶》，以前小時(shí)候還挺喜歡看的，哈哈哈~

• hose
  復(fù)習(xí)一下，表示水管，導(dǎo)管，塑料軟管

• polish
  作動(dòng)詞表示擦光，磨光，也可以表示修改，潤(rùn)色。
  ? ?Polish shoes regularly to protect the leather.
  ? ?要經(jīng)常擦鞋來(lái)保護(hù)皮革。
  ? ?The statement was carefully polished and checked before release.
  ? ?這項(xiàng)聲明是經(jīng)仔細(xì)潤(rùn)色和檢查后才發(fā)表的。

• life jacket
  救生衣

• petrol
  汽油，美式英語(yǔ)中多用gas或者gasoline

• afloat
  漂浮著的
  ? ?Somehow we kept the boat afloat.
  ? ?我們想辦法使船沒(méi)有下沉。

• rusty
  生銹的，也可以表示（技術(shù)、知識(shí)等）荒廢的，生疏的

  相當(dāng)于pig，豬

  （用繩索）拖，拉，牽引

• skipper
  船長(zhǎng)，隊(duì)長(zhǎng)：
  You can use skipper to refer to the captain of a ship or boat, or the captain of a sport team.

• upside down
  復(fù)習(xí)一下，副詞，表示上下顛倒

• hey presto
  語(yǔ)氣詞，瞧，嘿（變魔術(shù)般迅速輕松地完成某件事后所說(shuō)），英文解釋為：
  something that people say when they have just done sth so quickly and easily that it seems to have been done by magic.
  ? ?You just press the button and, hey presto, a perfect cup of coffee!
  ? ?只要按下按鈕,嘿,馬上就出來(lái)一杯上好的咖啡！

• leave behind
  留下，遺留……

  掌舵，開車，wheel有方向盤的意思。

  ? ?羅伯托把鑰匙遞給弗林，讓他開車。

• full sail
  指把船張滿帆，這里可以翻譯為“全速前進(jìn)！”

• race you
  和你比賽，要超過(guò)你
  ? ?I will race you to the end of the road.
  ? ?我和你比，看誰(shuí)先跑到路的盡頭。

句子

  復(fù)習(xí)一下，在前面的好幾集中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)，可以說(shuō)是Daddy Pig的口頭禪了，表示我在……方面是專家，我很擅長(zhǎng)……，用川普的話來(lái)說(shuō)就是，沒(méi)有人比我更懂……
