1. Saving process for all fields of each timestep:

- open the .vtu file group in ParaView

File-->Open, Select the vtu group you would like to apply, double-click it, and then click the 'Apply' green button on the left.

- save data of each time step

File-->Save Data, find a place to save your data, insert the file name, and click OK.

Then, tick the Write Time Step box and click OK.

2. Saving data of one selected point over all timesteps

- open the .vtu file group in ParaView

( Same as the first step of last method)
File-->Open, Select the vtu group you would like to apply, double-click it, and then click the 'Apply' green button on the left.

- Select point

Click 'Interactive Select Points On', then select one point on the image, the selected point will be shown as a pink point.

Click 'Find data matching various criteria from the current source(V)', then click 'Plot Selection Over Time' and 'close' it. After that, click 'Apply' to apply this plot.

1. click 'PlotSelectionOverTime1' in Pipeline Browser on the left
2. click 'split vertical' on the right

3. click the final button 'SpreadSheet View'

   Then, a sheet has been shown. Click 'Export Spreadsheet' and insert the filename, OK.

   Finally, visit the path you save data just now. The CSV documents for selected point over time will be shown there like the following screenshot.
