四聲歌和背部拉伸

1 主題月:本月主題是四聲歌和繞口令。去年以來(lái),我專(zhuān)注練聲,今年明顯感覺(jué)聲音質(zhì)量有了提升,發(fā)音吐字更有底氣、更清晰到位。本月我以播音主持專(zhuān)業(yè)常練的四聲歌作為主題,每天至少念誦一遍,自我感覺(jué)口齒伶俐了點(diǎn)。繞口令有空也會(huì)念一念,我的氣息控制有待加強(qiáng),不擅長(zhǎng)換氣。
2 背部拉伸:之前練習(xí)一字馬,我對(duì)于拉伸背部也感興趣,本月開(kāi)始練習(xí)駱駝式。通過(guò)練習(xí),我發(fā)覺(jué)背部力量不足,后續(xù)需關(guān)注背部鍛煉。
3 Personal Mission Statement:去年我讀 The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,寫(xiě)了1.0版本的Personal Mission Statement. 本月在寫(xiě)英語(yǔ)作文 “What Do I Really Want in Life?” 之后,我有了新的想法,對(duì)1.0版本進(jìn)行了改動(dòng),升級(jí)到了2.0版本。If you ask me, it doesn't matter what you put into your statement. The point is, remember, the final version is yet to come.? ??
