跟讀心得日記：

1、It’s a shame because the interior architectural features are outstanding, especially the room that used to be the library.（C18 Test4 Part2第8句）

跟讀這句話讓我對(duì)shame這個(gè)詞有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)，過去我只知道shame表示羞愧，恥辱，今天發(fā)現(xiàn)shame還可以做名詞表示遺憾或者惋惜的事情。但一定要注意，這個(gè)用法的主語只能是事情，something is a shame, 否則就會(huì)被誤解了。

2、Luckily, we’ve managed to keep entry to the museum free.（C18 Test4 Part2第9句）

We do have a donation box just over there, so feel free to give whatever amount you consider appropriate.（C18 Test4 Part2第12句）

這兩句話當(dāng)中都出現(xiàn)了free這個(gè)詞，但它們的用法和意義不一樣，第9句的free，是副詞，代表免費(fèi)地；

而第12句中的feel free的free是一個(gè)形容詞，代表自愿的，自然的，不受拘束的，自由自在的。

把這兩句話記住了，關(guān)于free的日常使用，就不會(huì)有什么太大的問題。
