大家好， 我是Fan, 電子工程博士畢業(yè)后就進(jìn)了美國專利局一干就是10年，從審批員到首席審批員，再到專利局里面的專利法培訓(xùn)導(dǎo)師，同時工作期間也通過了美國的Patent Bar, 從我手里通過了571個專利，當(dāng)然也拒了不少，得過美國商務(wù)部頒發(fā)的Bronze Metal。 這個賬號主要目的是美國專利法普及，幫助涉外的律師事務(wù)所，如何跟美國專利局打交道，如何縮短審批時間，和電商服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)如何應(yīng)對，或查找產(chǎn)品侵權(quán)問題。這不是一個專利新聞類的賬號，更沒有最新的案例說明（除非特別有趣），但專利法的更新，我會盡可能的提出。有興趣的朋友可以一起交流。
