I did not finish my task today. And I feel a little guity on this. With reasonable thinking, it is accepted if an occational situation delay your schedule, no matter it is either emotional problem or an issue from others. But it is hard to truly accept it because my perfectionism tendency. It is wrong mind-set. I should adjust my mind when perfectionism works on my brain. To deal with myself on this problem , I decided to do medidataion and sleep earlier.
