UniProtKB是收集蛋白質(zhì)功能信息的中樞，具有精確、一致和豐富的注釋。除了捕獲每個UniProtKB條目必需的核心數(shù)據(jù)（主要是氨基酸序列、蛋白質(zhì)名稱或描述、分類數(shù)據(jù)和引文信息）外，還添加了盡可能多的注釋信息。
2. Swiss-Prot
人工注釋和審核，從文獻中提取信息的記錄和評估計算分析。
Manually annotated and Reviewed.
Records with information extracted from literature and curator-evaluated computational analysis.
3.TrEMBL
自動添加注釋而不審核。
等待完全手動注釋的記錄。
Automatically annotated and not reviewed.
