首先,讓我們來看三個小故事








在流行病等無法控制的情況下經(jīng)歷巨大壓力更需要制定適當?shù)膽獙Σ呗?。說服自己不值得擔心現(xiàn)有問題(重新評估)可能是在這些不受控制的條件下有用的策略(Kalokerinos et al., ?2015)。比如研究證明積極的情緒應對以及控制自我評估和與COVID-19相關的壓力和恐懼成負相關(Ali et al., ?2021)。對中國人群的研究也證明,在孤立人群中,重新評估對焦慮癥狀和感知壓力之間的關系有負向調(diào)節(jié)作用(Xu et al.,?2020)。在與COVID-19期間的男性相比,女性更有可能認為環(huán)境具有威脅性,而正因為此,與男性相比,女性在失控感和承受壓力方面的得分更高(Bilal & Amir,?2021)。因此,我們可以推論在無法控制的情況下,重新評估可以讓個人在不改變外部情況的情況下減輕壓力。
