1、Clients start the course with a consultation with a trainer,and together they draw up an individual programme.（C12 Test3 Part2第23句）

制訂計劃，除了可以說make, 還可以用draw up，相當于描繪出一個計劃的樣子。

2、As well as improving general fitness,clients find that they end up losing much of the stress they've built up in their daily lives. （C12 Test3 Part2第24句）

昨天總結(jié)了besides， apart from , on top of that, more than this等可以用來表示除此以外，今天這句話中又用了一個 as well as, 也是表示除了，，，的意思，

end up 是一個非常常用的動詞短語，用在表達某個活動最終的狀態(tài)，end up doing sth 或end up with ..

build up 類似于積累，累積的意思，與accumulate相似

3、People say it's far preferable to being in a gym.（C12 Test3 Part2第27句）

一個東西比另外一個東西更好，除了用than以外，還可以用 be preferable to 這個結(jié)構(gòu)，

完整說法是 1 is preferable to 2, 表示1 更受歡迎。

4、We offer one which is tailored to the needs of families, which is particularly popular.（C12 Test3 Part2第31句）

tailor 除了可以做名詞，表示裁縫以外，還可以做動詞，表示訂制，裁剪，訂做的意思。

量身定做，其實就可以用tailor來表達。 something is tailored to the needs of someone.
